- Domestic orders ship via Österreichische Post AG Standard which takes 2-3 business days.
- We ship CD’s and soft goods to other countries via Österreichische Post AG Standard which takes 6-14 business days.
-Vinyl is shipped using Österreichische Post AG Standard.
-Vinyl will always ship separately, while CD’s and soft goods can be shipped together.
- Domestic CD and soft goods orders can be tracked by sending an email to office@pantare.com. Please put "Tracking Info Request" in the subject line of your email. Please also put your name and receipt number in the body of the email.
Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the product within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
- We will only issue refunds for unused/unopened/sealed products.
- Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters.
- We also issue exchanges for defective products. Note that an item might only be exchanged for the exact same product.
